Hank Ros grew up in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1983, and from the University of Mississippi, School of Law in 1986. While in law school, Mr. Ros served as Research Editor and Index & Reviews Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Ros clerked for the Honorable Michael Sullivan, Mississippi Supreme Court Justice, and for the Honorable Britt Singletary, United States Magistrate Judge.
Mr. Ros has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation annually for the years 2011-2016. His practice extends from products liability, insurance defense, environmental law, and construction litigation to employment law, gaming law, and premises liability.
