William W. McKinley, Jr.

Whit McKinley, a fourth generation Mississippian, was raised in Hattiesburg and has lived in Jackson for over 30 years.  Mr. McKinley joined the firm in 1995 upon completion of his clerkship for Chief Justice Armis Hawkins with the Mississippi Supreme Court.  His practice encompasses a wide variety of litigation areas at the trial and appellate levels of both state and federal courts.  Whit and his wife, April, have two children and are communicants of St. James Episcopal Church.
