Timothy D. Moore
Mr. Moore is a native of Texas, but with the exception of the time he spent living and attending school in Glasgow, Scotland, he has spent most of his life living either in Jackson, Mississippi or Oxford, where he attended college and law school.
Since being admitted to practice in 1996, he has tried numerous personal injury and other cases in the State and Federal Courts in Mississippi. His practice focuses mainly on products liability, premises liability and fire loss litigation. He has been a speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars and is a member of the Mississippi Defense Lawyer’s Association and the Defense Research Institute.
