Frances R. Shields
Frances Shields was born in Greenwood, Mississippi. She is a graduate of Greenwood High School, who graduated with a B.A. in English from Millsaps College. She subsequently obtained a Masters of English Education from Delta State University, taught high school English for a number of years prior to returning to law school. Frances has been licensed to practice in the State of Mississippi since 1989 and has trial experience throughout the state and federal courts. Her practice has been concentrated in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and uninsured motorist.
Frances has two daughters, one of whom is an investment counselor and another who practices law. Frances is a member of Galloway Memorial Methodist Church.
